About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled software development intern to join our team at SAP. As an iOS development assistant, you will be responsible for enhancing existing iOS and visionOS applications with the latest features, evaluating new ideas, and creating innovative solutions for SAP employees.

Key Responsibilities

  • Enhance existing iOS and visionOS applications with the latest features
  • Evaluate new ideas and develop proof of concepts from scratch
  • Create mobile applications and services that showcase SAP's technology
  • Collaborate with designers and testers to deliver high-quality applications
  • Adapt new processes, tools, and working environment
  • Develop documentation for your work
  • Test applications and solutions

Requirements

  • Student currently enrolled in computer science or related fields
  • Knowledge of computer science fundamentals, algorithms, and data structures
  • Proven development experience through personal or school projects
  • Mandatory: Experience with iOS development using Swift and SwiftUI
  • Experience with iOS development
  • Beneficial: Experience with visionOS development
  • Nice to have: Experience with JavaScript and different JS frameworks like Angular, node.JS, and UI5
  • Understanding of version control, software development lifecycle, and development methodologies
  • Flexibility to work with a global team in various time zones
  • Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills in English and German
  • Work onsite in our WDF office on a regular basis is mandatory
