Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Stockroom Associate to join our team at Levi Strauss & Co. in Rottendorf. As a key member of our stockroom team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate replenishment of stock, as well as providing exceptional customer service to our consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Review store sales and KPIs to identify sales opportunities with the Store Manager
- Ensure replenishment is done efficiently and accurately on a daily basis
- Train store associates in Stock Management Guidelines and standards
- Ensure product is well displayed, assorted, and tagged on the floor and in the stockroom
- Organize and maintain the stockroom
- Provide shop floor support to the team
Requirements:
- Possess relevant stock operation experience
- Be able to think strategically, work flexibly, and drive change
- Adapt quickly to meet store operational demands
- Ability to prioritize tasks, work well under pressure, be very organized, and meet deadlines
- Work equally as efficiently when working in a team and alone
- Attention to detail and work in a timely manner
