About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Procurement Specialist to join our team at Time Company Personal Service GmbH. As a key member of our procurement team, you will be responsible for sourcing and purchasing goods and services from suppliers, negotiating prices, and ensuring timely delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to meet business objectives
  • Source and evaluate suppliers to ensure quality and cost-effectiveness
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers
  • Manage and maintain supplier relationships
  • Monitor and analyze market trends and prices
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth procurement processes
Requirements
  • Relevant degree in a field such as business, supply chain management, or a related field
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in procurement or a related field
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office and SAP/R3-Modul MM
  • Fluency in English
