As a Product Development Manager, you will be responsible for the development of reliable, cost-effective, and market-oriented products for the series of constant-filled couplings.

Your Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for the development of new products and the improvement of existing ones.
  • You will be responsible for the construction of components and their interfaces.
  • You will ensure the timely completion of documents and the planning and organization of processes.
  • You will promote project and team work within the temporary project teams.
  • You will be responsible for the functional, durability, and reliability testing of the specific components.
  • You will contribute to the ongoing cost reduction of our series products.
  • You will also be responsible for explosion protection.

Your Profile

  • You have a degree in Mechanical Engineering or a comparable field.
  • First leadership experience is desirable.
  • Knowledge of explosion protection is an advantage.
  • Excellent German and English skills in writing and speaking are required.
  • You have a systematic and independent way of working to handle complex tasks and develop solution strategies.
  • You have a high level of responsibility, analytical thinking, team-oriented and customer-oriented behavior on an international level, and international travel readiness.
