About the Role:
">We are seeking a seasoned Security Team Manager to lead our site security team at a state-of-the-art data center. As a key member of our security management team, you will be responsible for building and managing a high-performing team that ensures the safety and security of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities:

- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the site security team, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.">
- Develop and implement strategies to improve team performance, productivity, and customer satisfaction.">
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including IT, Facilities, and Operations, to ensure seamless integration of security services.">
- Maintain accurate records and reports on security incidents, investigations, and audits.">
- Ensure all responders and control room supervisors adhere to policies and standard operating procedures.">
- Act as responder or control room supervisor in periods of increased activity or in the case of absent staff.">
- Oversee site health and key performance indicator goals, working with the Campus Security Manager to enhance security team effectiveness and performance.">
- Conduct recalling audits, prepare, and submit critical and confidential information directly to client management team.">
- Oversee site security systems to ensure safe and compliant operation of the facility.">
- Maintain and troubleshoot on-site security technology.">
Requirements:
">To be successful in this role, you will need:

- A minimum of 4 years of experience in security management or a related field.">
- Experience in managing and leading high-performing teams.">
- Knowledge of security operations, supervisory practices, and procedures.">
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.">
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.">
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Security Management).">
