About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Representative to join our team at G.U.T. as an Inside Sales Specialist. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, providing expert advice and solutions to meet their needs, and driving sales growth through effective communication and negotiation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of our products and services to effectively advise and upsell customers.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, leveraging your technical expertise and industry knowledge to drive sales growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure alignment and effective execution of sales strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and market developments to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment, with a strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical knowledge and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex customer needs and develop effective solutions.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
