Your Role: Inbound Customer Advisor for Renewable Energies

We are seeking passionate individuals to join our team as Inbound Customer Advisors for Renewable Energies in both full-time and part-time roles. You will be the first point of contact for our electricity and gas customers, providing expert phone and written support. Your responsibilities include:

  • Resolving customer inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively.
  • Advising potential customers on switching to natur strom and our renewable energy offerings.
  • Answering questions about renewable energy sources and their benefits.

We are seeking individuals with:

  • Completed commercial training or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in customer service roles.
  • Proficiency with databases and software applications.
  • A genuine passion for ecological energy generation and the energy transition.
