Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement

Cytiva is seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager of Continuous Improvement to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving improvements in Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Innovation (QDCI) across our Manufacturing Site in Dassel, Germany.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement targeted, sustainable improvement initiatives aligned with Policy Deployment (PD) and Daily Management (DM) goals.
- Collaborate with company leadership to develop a Danaher Business System (DBS) Roadmap.
- Provide formal and informal DBS training and coaching to associates.
- Facilitate DBS training sessions and participate in PD and Daily Management reviews.
- Ensure successful kaizen events by installing and sustaining kaizen processes.
- Promote and facilitate diagnosis of workflow impediments and other wastes throughout the business.
- Develop associates in various DBS tools and kaizen leadership.
- BS or BA Degree in Business or Engineering required; Master's Degree preferred with at least 5 years of work experience.
- Ability to assess key business metrics and situations from a general manager's perspective.
- Mastery of DBS tools, including Lean and Growth-related tools.
- Demonstrated leadership capabilities.
- Ability to inform, convince, and persuade others to action on DBS and key initiatives.
- Fluent in English and German.
- Proven track record of successful project management.
