We're seeking a skilled Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the reliable operation and maintenance of our equipment and facilities.

• Develop and implement maintenance strategies to optimize equipment reliability and minimize downtime.
• Conduct thorough analysis of equipment performance data, failure patterns, and maintenance records to identify potential areas for improvement.
• Monitor equipment performance using condition-based monitoring and predictive maintenance tools to track and evaluate equipment performance.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives related to maintenance practices, processes, and equipment reliability.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to maintenance and process teams to ensure effective maintenance and reliability practices.

• Strong understanding of mechanical systems, electrical systems, instrumentation, and other relevant technical aspects.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to diagnose and troubleshoot issues promptly and efficiently.
• Proactive mindset to implement preventive maintenance strategies and optimize maintenance processes.
