• Technical Support: As a Product Innovation Specialist, you will provide technical support to your colleagues, answering technical or safety-related questions from customers and colleagues alike. You will also be responsible for supporting prototypes and tests.
• Product Development: You will work closely with our product developers to support, validate, and solve product-related questions.
• Quality Control: You will inspect product updates and facelifts to ensure they meet our high quality standards.
• Documentation: You will review and check the completeness, clarity, and correctness of building instructions, packaging, and module lists, as well as technical documentation.
• Innovation: You will support our continuous market observation and stay up-to-date with current trends in the industry/technology to implement new ideas that benefit our customers.

• Education: A successfully completed study program in industrial product development or comparable training as a technical draftsperson or product designer.
• Experience: Prior work experience in product development of sports equipment, wood products, or toys is ideal.
• Skillset: Independent, exact, and precise with a high sense of responsibility. Team player who is comfortable in a multi-disciplinary team.
• Skills: Experience with Stage Gate and Scrum is a plus. Good and clear communication skills in English, German, and Dutch are a plus.
