Procurement Associate for Global Senior Leadership (f/m/d)

Germany, Full-time, Permanent, General Management Professionals

In this role, you will provide executive support within a fast-paced international environment. As Procurement Associate to the Senior Vice President of Global Procurement and the Vice President of Culture & People TechOps, your responsibilities will include:

  • Actively supporting two executives and their international teams in administrative and organizational tasks.
  • Independently managing complex calendars.
  • Planning, coordinating, and booking worldwide business trips, including visa procurement, compiling travel documents, and managing expenses.
  • Processing purchase orders and invoices.
  • Assisting in refining presentations, preparing contracts for signature, scheduling internal calls or meetings, organizing team meetings and events.
  • Serving as a contact person for internal departments, suppliers, and consultants on all relevant issues.

We are looking for someone with several years of professional experience in executive assistance within an international corporation. You should possess excellent English language skills and proficient German language skills, both spoken and written. Your expertise should extend to event and project management. Self-motivation, independence, efficiency, and precision are essential qualities for this position. Strong organizational, team, and communication skills are also required. Previous experience in the pharma generics industry and/or procurement is desirable.
