About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Executive to join our portfolio company in Berlin, Germany. As an Account Manager for our Polish operations, you will play a crucial role in supporting the go-to-market strategies of our business.

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in sales or account management, with a strong understanding of national and international trade, as well as supply chain management. A bachelor's degree in business, economics, or a related field is preferred, along with excellent communication skills in English and Polish.

In this dynamic role, you will be responsible for facilitating transactions on our platform, collaborating with buyers and suppliers, and analyzing trade data to inform trading decisions. You will also work closely with our technology team to provide feedback on platform functionality and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Foster relationships with buyers and suppliers to drive long-term partnerships
  • Analyze market trends and industry dynamics to inform trading decisions
  • Collaborate with the technology team to improve platform functionality
  • Ensure all trades comply with relevant regulations and internal policies

What We Offer:
