About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Equity Advisory Expert to join our team at Société Générale. As a key member of our Equity Advisory team, you will be responsible for providing market intelligence and market/sector/stock updates to our corporate clients, mainly DAX & MDAX companies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Preparation of Equity Advisory and cross-product client pitches/presentations
  • Providing support in developing Investor Relations strategies, ESG strategies, communication advice, and equity market analysis
  • Conducting industry and company research and analysis
  • Keeping up-to-date about capital market developments
  • Execution responsibilities for specific tasks
Requirements
  • Excellent Bachelor or Master's degree in Finance or Business Administration
  • Relevant work experience specifically in Corporate Advisory/Corporate Broking/Equity sales or research with a leading bank or advisory house
  • Very strong technical/analytical skills
  • Direct experience with transactions in German-speaking regions
  • Excellent command and superior user knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good user knowledge of Bloomberg/CapitalIQ/Datastream/Thomson/Reuters
  • Fluency in German and English, both written and spoken is essential
