Product Analytics Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled Principal Product Analyst to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our Product Analytics community, you will be responsible for driving best practices and delivering high-quality data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and maintain our data catalogue and delivery documentation, ensuring seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Partner with data product managers and data engineers to create reusable data products, driving efficiency and scalability.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define project objectives, utilizing project management skills to plan and execute data-driven projects.
- Communicate actionable insights clearly across the organization, highlighting the 'so-whats' of your analyses to drive business growth.
- Explore and analyze customer behavior and product performance data to detect growth opportunities for our digital product.
- Mentor and guide other Product Analysts, defining best practices and providing support to help individuals and the team grow in effectiveness.
- Extensive experience in quantitative analysis roles, ideally with 5+ years of working closely with product teams.
- Expert-level technical skills in SQL and Python, with experience in data visualization tools like Tableau.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex business problems and present findings in a clear and precise manner.
- Leadership experience, with a proven track record of capability building and mentorship.
- A change mindset, with a willingness to challenge the status quo and drive innovation.
