Mergers and Acquisitions Carve-Out Expert

Your Responsibilities

  • Lead complex carve-out projects as part of M&A transactions.
  • Report to the respective M&A project lead.
  • Prepare detailed project plans, including target operating models and carve-out reports, and conduct progress supervision.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams, such as Operations, Legal, Finance, Tax, and IT, to ensure smooth separation processes.
  • Work with external advisors to ensure successful transaction execution.
  • Conduct TSA negotiations with buyers and other stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • University degree in a relevant field, such as Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or Engineering, with outstanding academic results.
  • Proven experience in M&A related carve-outs, ideally within advisory roles, with prior experience in the energy sector highly desirable.
  • Strong conceptual and analytical mind with the ability to consider multiple variables.
  • High degree of self-motivation and initiative, with the ability to independently manage carve-out projects under tight deadlines and high pressure.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional teams and build strong relationships across the Uniper Group.
  • Hard-working, well-organized, and open-minded individual.
  • Willingness to travel.
