Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Materials Scientist to join our team at AGILIOS Personal GmbH. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for conducting materials testing and analysis, ensuring the quality and reliability of our products.

Key Responsibilities

• Materials Testing and Analysis: Conduct a range of materials testing and analysis, including mechanical, thermal, and chemical testing, to ensure the quality and reliability of our products.
• Quality Assurance: Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Laboratory Management: Manage and maintain laboratory equipment and supplies, ensuring that all testing and analysis is conducted in a safe and efficient manner.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, manufacturing, and quality assurance, to ensure that all testing and analysis is aligned with business objectives.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement changes to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Requirements

• Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Materials Science, Chemistry, Physics, or a related field, with a minimum of 3 years of experience in materials testing and analysis.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in materials testing and analysis, including mechanical, thermal, and chemical testing, as well as experience with laboratory equipment and software.
• Communication and Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex problems.
