Supply Chain Operations Manager

Job Summary
ASML is seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Field Operations Planner to join our Customer Supply Chain Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing the operations for CSCM in your region(s) to ensure material availability in warehouses close to our customer-factories, or directly at customer sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Translate customer needs and contract commitments into material-planning to drive continuous improvement for material availability.
- Manage unexpected customer demands under high time pressure and solve complex issues as the last point of support.
- Plan and prepare complex events at our customer's facilities, ensuring parts and tools are available on time at the right location.
- Report to stakeholders and drive escalations when needed.
Requirements
- 2-7 years of relevant experience in a large international company, ideally in Supply Chain, Engineering, Operations, or Procurement.
- Knowledge of business complexity, supply chain, and/or relevant industry.
- Tactical, analytical thinker with strong interpersonal and communication skills, decision-making, and project management skills.
- Drive for results, act under high pressure, and stakeholder management.
- Cultural awareness and SAP knowledge are a prerequisite.
- Lean experience preferred.
Education
Relevant bachelor degree (e.g. supply chain or engineering).
