Technical Product Manager

We are Safran Passenger Innovations, a leading innovator in wireless connectivity solutions for aircraft passengers. As a Technical Product Manager, you will play a key role in developing new In-Flight Connectivity Products/LRUs, collaborating with cross-functional teams to define project plans, milestones, and risks.
Main Responsibilities:- Manage development milestones and ensure timely completion
- Implement customer requirements in products
- Ensure deliveries follow release processes and comply with quality and regulatory standards
- Collaborate with teams to define project plans, milestones, and hardware/software demands
- Coordinate actions to execute product development plans
- Foster open communication with internal and external stakeholders
- Track and report project status, identifying and mitigating risks
- Motivate and guide project teams for results and completion
- Think critically about tasks and maintain problem-solving skills
- Analyze and evaluate processes to identify room for improvement
- Follow industry trends and competitors
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in product management or technical project management
- Good working knowledge in Satellite Communications, RF systems, microwave design, antennas, and wireless technologies
- Working knowledge of Product Development processes and Software Life Cycle
- Experience with Project and Product Management tools
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Proactive, organized, and team player mindset
- Ability to work independently on multiple tasks
- Discretion and independent judgment when making decisions
- Negotiation skills to resolve conflicts
- Meticulous, organized, and detail-oriented
