About the Role

We are a 15-member team, spread across Mannheim, Penzberg, and Ludwigsburg, consisting of thinkers and doers who turn the diverse content of our company into engaging stories. We listen and advise our clients, plan and organize, write, film, produce, and post. Together, we manage our content and channels in the newsroom and focus on topics. This results in creative content in various formats for our employees, journalists, and our environment. Our team offers space for independent thinking and action, and at the same time, we are all team players with a common goal.

Your Responsibilities

  • You will work with the internal media team, attend appointments, write articles, review them, and coordinate the creation or procurement of suitable photos.
  • You will create and publish content for internal and external media, such as the intranet, internet, and social media, or work on the creation of press releases.
  • You will maintain the information screens at the site and create messages in consultation with this medium.
  • You will work on the creation of short videos, create storyboards, coordinate shooting schedules, edit, and add sound to contributions.
  • You will support the organization of internal and external events and actions.

Your Profile

  • You are a registered student (m/w/d) with good language skills and writing abilities.
  • You have no problems with capturing and preparing new content, and your writing skills, as well as basic knowledge of PR and/or journalism, which you have already practically tested, for example, during a practice, student job, or volunteer work.
  • You move confidently in social media and have a high affinity for digital communication; first experiences in this area are desirable.
  • You have good English skills that you can apply in your daily work.
  • You bring good Google Workspace knowledge and have already gained experience with image editing programs, video editing programs, or content management systems.
