Main Tasks

  • Lead and support optimization projects for raw materials and packaging materials together with suppliers and the global team.
  • Organize and execute supplier audits.
  • Collect, evaluate, and trend quality-relevant parameters for other departments.
  • Prepare complaints and quality reports in English and German.
  • Support out-of-specification (OOS) measures for raw materials and packaging materials, including the creation of necessary reports and documentation.
  • Implement, document, evaluate, and track measures from internal quality audits.
  • Create deviations, OOS, and process changes, including the evaluation of trends and initiation of improvement measures for raw materials and packaging materials.

Your Profile:

  • Successfully completed studies in natural sciences or engineering.
  • Professional experience in quality management, preferably in the pharmaceutical sector or with GMP experience.
  • Sound knowledge of MS Office and statistical methods, as well as knowledge of SAP.
  • Very good knowledge of German and English, both spoken and written.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Very good assertiveness skills and ability to deal with conflict.
