Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Leading the design process, from research and ideation to prototyping, user testing, and delivering high-fidelity designs
- Conducting competitive analysis and understanding user motivations to inform design solutions
- Collaborating with stakeholders to translate insights into effective design solutions and working closely with engineering teams to ensure implementation quality
- Measuring the effectiveness of design solutions through qualitative and quantitative methods and iterating based on feedback
- Enhancing user experience through refined interaction design and visual aesthetics
- Contributing to the evolution of design processes within the team
- Participating in recruitment and key decision-making activities within the product design team
About You
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- 3+ years of experience in product design
- Solid understanding of business and product metrics
- Ability to articulate design decisions and iterate based on feedback with a growth mindset
- Strong systems thinking skills, able to contextualize problems within a broader ecosystem
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills, with a user-centric design approach
- Proficiency in data-informed design, leveraging insights and data to enhance design quality
- Skilled in various design tools and methodologies, with a focus on delivering high-quality products
