About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our customers, understanding their unique training needs, and challenges. As the primary point of contact, they will oversee the end-to-end learning journey, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Revenue Responsibility: Develop and maintain strong customer relationships, understanding their unique training needs and challenges. Act as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, feedback, and concerns related to our learning programs.
- Didactical Consulting: Oversee the entire learning journey, leveraging AI and tech solutions to enhance learner outcomes.
- Trainer Management: Provide trainers with necessary resources, tools, and support to deliver high-quality training programs. Foster a collaborative environment for trainers, facilitating knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
- Project Management: Develop and maintain detailed project plans for learning programs, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation. Ensure that learning programs are executed on time, within budget, and considered successful for our customers.
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; an advanced degree is preferred.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills.
- At least 3 years of experience in Management Consulting, preferably collaborating with L&D Departments of large enterprises.
- Experience in designing learning programs, especially blended learning concepts.
- Strong problem-solving skills with experience in consultancy/agency or fast-growing B2B edtech environments.
- Excellent training or workshop facilitation skills.
- Familiarity with enterprise client communication and proven ability to listen, persuade, and support.
- An independent work style, high level of commitment, and service-oriented mindset.
The successful candidate can expect:
- An attractive salary range of €80,000 - €120,000 per year.
- 30 vacation days per year + unlimited home office days, remote work, or work from our beautiful Berlin office - you choose.
