Strategic Operations Partner

As a Strategic Operations Partner, you will be a highly skilled individual serving as a trusted advisor and confidant to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Your role will focus on executing strategic initiatives and operational tasks to ensure scalability and efficiency.
Responsibilities:
- Act as a trusted advisor and thought partner to the CEO, providing insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Coordinate and prioritize the CEO's activities for efficient time management.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEO and internal and external stakeholders to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Assist in developing and driving business strategies, and align departmental goals with company objectives.
- Prepare tasks and perform follow-ups on behalf of the CEO to ensure scalability and efficiency.
- Analyze data and create reports to support business operations and strategic initiatives.
- Manage and execute special projects requiring cross-functional collaboration.
We are seeking an experienced professional with:
- A Master's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5-7 years of relevant work experience in Senior roles at significant, fast-growing startups, Strategy consulting, and Sales or Revenue Operations know-how.
- A proven track record of effectively interacting with senior stakeholders on cross-functional projects.
- A structured approach to prioritizing work and time.
- Proven success in project coordination and reporting.
- Exceptional attention to detail and analytical capabilities.
- Proficiency in Excel and other data analysis tools.
- An entrepreneurial mindset with a practical approach to problem-solving.
