We are looking for a Regional Tender & Implementation Working Student (m/f/x) in Hamburg.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Supporting the team from RFIs to RFQs and contract award until the actual go-live of the project
  • Maintaining project documents like action tracker, status update reports, etc.
  • Attending internal meetings including preparation and follow-up
  • Performing different analysis related to volume data and providing analytical support for pricing
  • Supporting during the development of the automated tender pricing tool
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvements during the tender and implementation phases
Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate insights
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
