Wir suchen einen motivierten und erfahrener Lean Projektmanager für unseren Standort in Deutschland.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten
  • Entwicklung und Durchführung von Value Stream Mapping (VSM) für den transnationalen Bereich ETIF
  • Analyse des VSM mit Fokus auf Schnittstellen
  • Aufbereitung und Untersuchung der identifizierten Prozesse sowie ihrer Auswirkungen auf unsere Arbeit
  • Erarbeitung von Konzepten zur Minimierung von Leerlaufzeiten und zur Steigerung der Effizienz in der Ingenieursarbeit
Persönliche Qualifikationen
  • Selbständige, ergebnisorientierte und gewissenhafte Arbeitsweise
  • Belastbarkeit, Team- und Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie souveränes Auftreten
Studium und Berufserfahrung
  • Projektmanagement mind. Bachelor-Studiengang oder
  • Ingenieurwesen mind. Bachelor-Studiengang
  • Design Engineer mind. über 3 Jahre
  • Luft- und Raumfahrt mind. über 3 Jahre
  • Projektmanagement mind. über 3 Jahre
  • Erfahrung im Projektmanagement und in Visualisierungstechniken
  • Grundkenntnisse und Erfahrungen im Value Stream Mapping oder ähnlichen Analyseverfahren für Wertschöpfungsketten
  • Kenntnisse im Coaching oder in Moderationstechniken sind wünschenswert
IT-Kenntnisse
  • MS-Office mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse
  • SAP mind. detaill. Spezialkenntnisse
  • Google Suite Windchill
Sprachkenntnisse
  • Deutsch mind. verhandlungssicher
