We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to join our team at ZDF Sparks GmbH, a leading provider of AI solutions for the media industry. As a Data Analyst, you will play a crucial role in helping us drive innovation and excellence in AI development.

Your Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze large datasets to uncover business insights and assess the feasibility of new AI applications
  • Evaluate data quality, data flows, and data architectures for AI applications
  • Collaborate with data science and ML engineering teams to design and optimize data flows in cloud-based AI solutions
  • Work closely with clients to define new AI solutions, particularly through workshops
  • Partner with DevOps / MLOps engineers to ensure optimized and scalable data infrastructure, data flows, and monitoring solutions
Your Ideal Profile
  • Strong background in data analytics for both structured and unstructured data, including the design and review of data architectures and flows for complex applications
  • Proficient in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI or Looker
  • Hands-on experience with SQL, Python and data manipulation tools like Pandas or PySpark
  • Skilled in analysis, visualization and design of complex data flows and architectures for cloud-based applications
  • Experience in designing AI applications in the cloud is an additional asset
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills for explaining technical concepts to non-technical audience as well as proven experience in conducting technical workshops with clients
  • A team player with a passion for AI and continuous learning
  • Fluent in both German and English is a must have
