We are seeking an experienced Senior Global Account Manager / Account Director to join our team at IC Resources in Munich. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and leading business within a target list of automotive and robotics companies.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business strategies to expand our existing client base
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer business requirements
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the automotive and robotics sectors
  • Collaborate with our technical teams to develop and deliver solutions that meet customer needs
  • Manage and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including C-level executives

Requirements:

  • 10+ years of quota-carrying, solution-selling experience in software, ADAS, and automotive
  • Strong background in enterprise sales and strategic customer development
  • Executive-level communication skills and credibility
  • Start-up mindset and ability to adapt to changing business needs
