Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Business Development Manager in our Vertriebscontrolling department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth, improving sales performance, and optimizing commercial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of sales strategies and tactics to achieve business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and capitalize on new business opportunities.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to inform business decisions and optimize commercial operations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers and suppliers.
  • Manage and analyze sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide market intelligence and insights to inform business strategy.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the machinery or equipment industry.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and BI systems.
