Team Assistant/Accounting

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Team Assistant/Accounting professional to join our team at JAGDFELD RE Management GmbH. As a key member of our financial management team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our accounting processes.
Key Responsibilities- Process and verify all incoming invoices for our companies, in accordance with the provisions of § 14 UStG.
- Prepare and send all outgoing invoices, such as project contracts, business services, administrative services, rental income, parking tickets, and subsequent charges to various companies.
- Record and manage lease agreements, including periodic billing.
- Monitor the debt collection process, general correspondence, and other general office tasks.
- Support the financial accounting team in debtor and creditor processing.
- Completed commercial training or equivalent experience.
- Excellent knowledge of value-added tax (VAT) regulations.
- Experience in financial accounting.
- Proficient in using common MS Office programs and accounting software tools (currently in use: gypsilon, Relion).
- Self-motivated, structured, and deadline-driven work style.
