Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Logistik-Experten, der unsere Lager- und Transportprozesse optimiert und uns dabei hilft, unsere Kunden zu überraschen. Du wirst für die Steuerung des Lagerdienstleisters im Daily Business verantwortlich sein und dabei Leistungs-, Nachhaltigkeits- und Kostengesichtspunkten folgen.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Steuerung des Lagerdienstleisters im Daily Business unter Leistungs-, Nachhaltigkeits- und Kostengesichtspunkten
  • Ansprechpartner für interne Schnittstellen zu allen Themen rund um die Kommissionierung am Standort
  • Erster Ansprechpartner für den Lagerdienstleister zur Bewertung von Ideen zur Prozessoptimierung
  • Erhebung, Nachhaltung und Interpretation von Leistungs- und Qualitätskennzahlen und Leitung daraus zielgerichteter Maßnahmen
  • Eigenständige Bewertung und Umsetzung von Sonderanforderungen in Abstimmung mit dem Lagerdienstleister
  • Steuerung selbstständiger kleinere Projekte und Arbeit bei größeren Projekten, die den Standort Bremen betreffen
  • Rechnungsbearbeitung, Monats- und Jahresabschlüsse der relevanten Kostenstellen sicherstellen
  • Arbeit an der jährlichen Budgeterstellung mit
  • Erkennen und Beschreiben von Prozessoptimierungen in der Kommissionierung unter End-to-End-Gesichtspunkten
Dein Profil:
  • Ausbildung im Bereich Lager, Transport oder Logistik und erste operative, konstruktive Berufserfahrung an großen Logistikstandorten
  • Projektarbeit, typische Warehouse Management Systeme und MS-Office (insb. Excel) kennen
  • Schnelle Auffassungsgabe und Komplexitäten bearbeiten
  • Grundverständnis für automatisierte Logistikanlagen
  • Durchsetzungsvermögen, Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Verbindliches, freundliches und sicheres Auftreten und Mut in stressigen Situationen
