About the Role
In this role, you will provide executive-level administrative support to the Senior Vice President and their international teams, ensuring seamless operations in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include managing complex calendars, planning and coordinating international business trips, processing purchase orders and invoices, and acting as a liaison between internal departments, suppliers, and consultants.

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require several years of experience as an executive assistant in an international corporation, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support to senior leaders. You should possess excellent English language skills, both spoken and written, and proficient German language skills. Additionally, you should have expertise in event and project management, self-motivation, and strong organizational, team, and communication skills.
