Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining a high level of product knowledge, and contributing to a positive and productive store environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service by responding to customer inquiries, resolving issues, and making recommendations on products.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge by staying up-to-date on new products, features, and promotions.
  • Contribute to a positive and productive store environment by maintaining a clean and organized store, adhering to company policies and procedures, and working collaboratively with colleagues.
  • Participate in visual merchandising and inventory management to ensure a visually appealing store and accurate inventory levels.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets by identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
