Du identifizierst User Needs und erstellst User Requirements, entwickelst ganzheitliche Konzepte und gestaltest intuitive Benutzeroberflächen. Du sicherst die Nutzerfreundlichkeit und Qualität unserer Produkte und arbeitest eng mit Entwicklern, Produktmanagern und fachlichen Experten zusammen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Identifikation von User Needs und Erstellung von User Requirements
  • Ausarbeitung ganzheitlicher Konzepte, Entwicklung von Interaktionskonzepten und Gestaltung intuitiver Benutzeroberflächen
  • Sicherstellung der Nutzerfreundlichkeit und Qualität unserer Produkte
  • Enge interdisziplinäre Zusammenarbeit mit Entwicklern, Produktmanagern und fachlichen Experten
  • Begleitung des gesamten Produktentwicklungszyklus bis zur Auslieferung
  • Ausarbeitung und Durchführung verschiedener Research-Maßnahmen
  • Förderung des Wissensaustauschs und kontinuierliche Weiterbildung des UX-Teams
  • Erstellung professioneller Präsentationen sowie Übernahme der Moderation von Co-Creation Workshops

Was du mitbringen solltest
  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium mit Schwerpunkt Interaction Design, Psychologie, Human Computer Interaction oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als Senior UX Designer im SaaS Bereich
  • Ausgeprägte Kenntnisse im Anforderungsmanagement, Informationsarchitektur, Konzeption und der visuellen Gestaltung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in der Erstellung von UI-Kits sowie Styleguides und Developer-Handoffs
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse mit gängigen Tools wie beispielsweise Figma, Miro und Atlassian
  • Erfahrung mit agilen Methoden, insbesondere Scrum
  • Fähigkeit, komplexe Sachverhalte präzise und verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
