About the Role

Cognizant is seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Test Programme Manager to join our team in Herzogenaurach, Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the testing process for SAP S/4HANA programmes, ensuring that all testing activities are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of testers to ensure that all testing activities are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.
  • Develop and implement testing strategies and plans to ensure that all testing activities are aligned with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including development, quality assurance, and project management, to ensure that testing activities are integrated into the overall project plan.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with testing activities, ensuring that all testing activities are completed within budget and on time.
  • Develop and maintain testing documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
  • Ensure that all testing activities are completed in accordance with Cognizant's quality standards and regulatory requirements.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in SAP S/4HANA testing and quality assurance, with a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA functionality and testing methodologies.
  • Excellent leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead and motivate a team of testers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks associated with testing activities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
  • Strong technical skills, with experience in testing tools and methodologies, including SAP Solution Manager.
