Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Order Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and processing orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring timely and accurate execution.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and process orders, including receipt, verification, and dispatch
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless order execution
  • Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding order status, delivery schedules, and product availability
  • Monitor and manage delivery times to ensure timely delivery
  • Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues
Requirements:
  • Completed commercial education or equivalent qualification
  • Experience in order coordination or customer service is an asset
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and ERP systems
  • Team player with strong work ethic and reliability
  • Fluent German and good English language skills
