We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Production Chemist to join our team at Adecco Personaldienstleistungen GmbH. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for the operation and maintenance of our production facilities, ensuring the highest quality products are produced while meeting production targets.

• Operate and maintain production equipment, including chemical processing units, to ensure efficient and safe production processes.
• Monitor and control chemical reactions, temperatures, and pressures to achieve optimal product quality and yield.
• Conduct regular maintenance and repairs on equipment to prevent downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements and optimize production workflows.
• Develop and implement quality control procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a production or manufacturing environment, preferably in a chemical processing role.
• Strong knowledge of chemical processes, equipment operation, and maintenance.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and external partners.
