Are you enthusiastic about imparting knowledge and enabling others in the energy sector? We are in search of a committed individual to fill the position of Educational Specialist in Electrical Engineering.

  • Facilitate targeted training sessions in critical areas such as safety protocols, installation of overhead lines for low and medium voltage, and specific electrical tasks.
  • Innovate and enhance training methodologies to ensure effective learning experiences.
  • Offer expert advice and assistance to clients, collaborators, and fellow educators.
  • Work alongside various departments to develop new seminar themes.
  • Engage in relevant technical committees to contribute to the creation of educational materials, curricula, and assessment methods.
  • Oversee the upkeep of training equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Design, conduct, and assess both theoretical and practical examinations, and issue participation certificates.

Your Expertise and Background

  • Degree in Energy Technology (Gas/Electricity/Utilities) or a comparable qualification, with a strong desire for continuous learning.
  • Experience in the energy sector.
  • Exceptional teaching and instructional skills, particularly in adult education.
  • Capability to analyze situations and develop strategic concepts.
  • Entrepreneurial approach to challenges.
  • Ability to work autonomously with a proactive mindset.
  • Possession of a valid driver's license.
