We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to lead our transportation coordination team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our events and exhibitions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective traffic management strategies to minimize congestion and ensure efficient parking and transportation systems.
• Collaborate with local authorities and stakeholders to maintain a strong network of relationships and ensure seamless communication.
• Plan and manage parking and transportation resources to meet the needs of our events and exhibitions.
• Lead and manage a team of professionals to ensure the delivery of high-quality services.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize fleet management and reduce costs.
• Coordinate maintenance and upkeep of parking facilities, landscaping, and winter services.

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in a field such as business, logistics, transportation, or a related field.
• Proven experience in transportation management, preferably in a leadership role.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in German and excellent English language skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
