About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Apprentice Surface Coater. In this role, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills in the refinement of metals and plastics, as well as the examination of electrolytes and the maintenance of electroplating equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in theoretical training sessions in Schwäbisch Gmünd, where you will gain a solid understanding of the electroplating process.
  • Gain practical experience through external internships, where you will apply your knowledge in real-world settings.
  • Develop your skills in logical thinking, manual dexterity, and teamwork, while working on various projects and tasks.
  • Contribute to the development of new technologies and processes, while working closely with our experienced team members.

Requirements:

  • Completion of secondary school with good grades in mathematics and science subjects.
  • Logical thinking skills, manual dexterity, and a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills.
  • Reliability, commitment, and a strong work ethic.
