Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist for Global Trade to join our team at FLOCERT GmbH in Bonn, Germany. This role offers a comprehensive salary package within the scope of tariff group V.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Process Management: Organize the onboarding process for new customers in assigned regions and languages, ensuring seamless integration and effective communication.
  • Customer Engagement: Actively interact with applicants and certified customers, providing tailored support and addressing their specific needs.
  • Assurance Methodology Application: Implement designated assurance methods for respective schemes, guaranteeing compliance and quality standards.
  • Process Enhancement: Collaborate in ongoing process improvements and contribute to cross-functional projects within FLOCERT, driving excellence and innovation.
  • Analysis and Insights: Perform data analysis to produce valuable insights and conclusions, supporting strategic decision-making.
  • Auditor Selection and Training: Assist in selecting, evaluating, and training auditors to ensure they meet the highest standards.
  • Data Maintenance: Accurately enter and maintain timely data on all platforms for assigned data sets.
  • New Service Development: Identify opportunities for new assurance services and collaborate in delivering them as required.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree (B.A. or equivalent) or vocational education in Business, Agronomy, Economics, Food Science, or related fields.
  • Several years of relevant professional experience in an office and customer-oriented environment.
  • Fluency in German and English, both oral and written.
  • Strong dedication to customer service with excellent communication skills.
  • Previous work experience in an international environment is advantageous.
  • Excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills with a positive attitude.
  • Dedicated working style with outstanding organizational skills.
  • Proven ability to multitask with focus on detail and timely delivery.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Strong motivation and commitment to Fairtrade principles.
