Your Mission

We are seeking a motivated sales professional to join our Sales team. As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities with established e-commerce companies, brands, and retailers across Europe through outbound campaigns. Your goal will be to successfully identify and qualify potential business customers, create individual offers, and present comprehensive custom fulfillment solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop sales opportunities with e-commerce companies through outbound campaigns
  • Identify and qualify potential business customers through research and social media
  • Create individual offers and present custom fulfillment solutions
  • Consult and negotiate terms with potential customers
  • Manage complex sales processes from lead identification to deal closure
  • Network with relevant companies and present to senior business executives at industry events
  • Identify blockers and opportunities for development for byrd
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in a comparable sales position
  • Proven track record of delivering on targets
  • Experience selling to senior business executives and large companies
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles
  • Strong background in E-commerce and logistics industries
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Customer and service orientation, with a strong online affinity
  • Reliability, drive, and team spirit
  • Excellent English and/or German language skills
