SENIOR CONSULTANT OPERATIONS AND PERFORMANCE IMPROVEMENT
(f/m/d)

at our Munich office, working with international and national clients, you will be part of project teams that optimize the performance of our customers and contribute your conceptual expertise. You will also have the opportunity to work on technical projects in related areas, such as strategy, SCM, and procurement.

Your mission

  • You will work closely with our clients to understand their operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • You will develop and implement strategic plans to optimize our clients' operations and improve their performance.
  • You will collaborate with our team to deliver high-quality results and exceed our clients' expectations.

Your profile

  • A master's degree from a well-known university.
  • A minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a management consultancy or an international, market-leading company, with a focus on operations projects.
  • A deep understanding of operations processes from various companies and industries, ideally complemented by experience in digitalization and additive manufacturing.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in at least one of the following areas: Supply Chain and Operations Strategy, Manufacturing Footprint, Order Flow Optimization, Product Lifecycle Management and Performance Improvement, Inventory Optimization, Sales & Operations Planning, Lean Management.
  • Fluency in German and English, and possibly another foreign language.
  • A strong analytical and structured approach, with excellent communication and teamwork skills.
