At iTechScope, we are seeking a highly skilled Site Construction Manager to join our Fiber Optics team in Germany. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for supervising civil works projects and ensuring that all activities are completed on time and to a high standard.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of the construction team
  • Review and analyze network plans to ensure that projects are completed efficiently
  • Manage supplies and warehouse stock, including materials, machines, and equipment
  • Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data to identify potential risks and opportunities
  • Assess and mitigate potential risks, materials, and costs
  • Organize the set-up and transportation of the construction crew
  • Ensure that all works are performed to a high standard and on time
  • Comply with all relevant guidelines, regulations, and safety protocols

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent discipline
  • 1-3 years of experience in a relevant position
  • Excellent command of the English language
  • Strong command of the German language is a plus
  • Advanced user of the Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with drawing/GIS tools
  • Advanced managerial skills and ability to work under pressure
  • Team leader spirit and excellent planning and organizational skills
