Unser Unternehmen, Samhammer AG, baut derzeit ein zentralisiertes Field-Service-Management-Tool mit integrierter Warenwirtschaft auf. Ziel ist eine noch stärkere Digitalisierung der Logistik mit der Konsolidierung der Software, die wir für Prozesse nutzen.

Hierbei kannst Du uns technisch und organisatorisch selbstständig unterstützen.

Deine Aufgaben
  • Design und Umsetzung von Projekten im FSM und anderen Tools im Hinblick auf die Umwandlung von Business-Prozessen in digitale Prozesse in unsere Softwarelandschaft
  • Fehlersuche und Aufrechterhaltung des Betriebs (Second-Level-Funktion) bei Go Live und Begleitung der digitalen Prozesse zur Schnittstelle des Supports im Early Live Support
  • Digitalisierte Prozessoptimierung und -analyse
  • Installation, Konfiguration, Wartung und Betrieb dieser Applikationen nach Bedarf
  • Erstellung technischer Dokumentation und Übergabe an den Fachbereich

  • Neugierde und analytisches Denken
  • Ausgeprägtes technisches Verständnis und Anwendungskenntnisse in SQL, XML und JSON Rest
  • Erfahrungen mit der Power Plattform sowie der PowerShell (wünschenswert)
  • Kommunikative Stärke sowie Fähigkeit, in interdisziplinären Teams zu arbeiten
  • Eigenständige und selbstverantwortliche Arbeitsweise, agiles und lebendiges Arbeiten
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Englisch (von Vorteil)
