**Job Summary**

We are seeking an experienced Senior Product Manager to join our team and contribute to the development of our product. As a key member of our product team, you will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing product usage, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to prioritize features and enhancements.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Analyze product usage and market data to inform product decisions and maintain a competitive edge.
  • Collaborate with the product team and management to prioritize features and enhancements based on company strategy, customer feedback, product usage data, and market trends.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, sales, and customer success, to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for your features, from concept to launch, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery.
  • Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to assess the success of our products.

**Requirements**

  • Full working proficiency in German and English.
  • University degree preferred. Alternatively, prior experience in the tourism/hotel sector or hotel-tech industry.
  • Job experience as product manager – at least 3 years, preferably in a B2B SaaS start-up with a customer-focused role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills – able to work under pressure, experience in project management.
  • Passion for easy-to-use products – UI/UX are central to Smart Host.
  • Extensive experience conducting user feedback surveys, monitoring product usage, and translating that into actionable insights and KPIs.
  • Experience with agile project management techniques.
  • Basic technical understanding of database querying, programming skills, and AI/ML experience are a plus.
