We are seeking a talented Sales Excellence & Marketing Manager to drive our Sales Excellence initiatives and add significant value to our organization. As a key member of our team, you will develop and execute the Sales Excellence roadmap within Food Display and execute corresponding projects and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities- Develop strategic plans to promote an exceptional customer and selling journey for our Food Display products.
- Enhance customer experiences through strategic marketing activities, including customer newsletters, advertising campaigns, market intelligence platform, feedback surveys, and more.
- Contribute to business development and digitization projects to continuously improve the customer experience.
- Develop templates and guidelines with cross-functional experts and train Sales Managers in new processes and systems.
- University degree in Business Administration or Industrial Engineering.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Sales, Sales Excellence, or Marketing roles within an international setting.
- Proven experience in sales methodologies, process improvements, and digital marketing activities.
- Strong conceptual and analytical abilities, customer centricity, and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and proficiency in German.
