European Tech Recruit is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our client's team in Germany. As a key member of the R&D team, you will be responsible for process engineering and equipment operations/maintenance in the field of silicon carbide (SiC) and metal-oxide-semiconductor field-effect transistor (MOSFET) technology.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement process improvements to enhance equipment performance and efficiency
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement new processes and technologies
* Troubleshoot and resolve equipment issues to minimize downtime and optimize production

Requirements:

* Significant experience in SiC and MOSFET technology
* Strong understanding of process engineering and equipment operations
* Excellent problem-solving and collaboration skills
