About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Delegated Authority Pricing and Analytics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Underwriting and Product team, you will play a critical role in supporting the oversight of Underwriting outsourced activities and providing analytical services to the team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide analytical services to the team through the provision of dashboards and actuarial analyses.
  • Review pricing tools and parameters for Delegated Authority agents.
  • Liaise with Underwriting Oversight managers to prepare recommendations to Business Units and Delegated Authority Agents on performance or pricing improvements.
  • Collaborate with the Great Lakes central teams on building out the KPI / Reporting framework.
Requirements
  • Experience in Primary Insurance Underwriting and Product Analytics.
  • Working knowledge of R and Python and common analytical frameworks.
  • Actuarial experience in product monitoring and pricing.
  • Preferably SQL and Power BI knowledge.
  • Strong written and verbal communication in English and preferably in German.
