As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of health, safety, and environmental (HSE) performance in our offshore projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HSE strategies to minimize risks and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Lead the HSE team and provide guidance on HSE policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Collaborate with project teams to identify and mitigate HSE risks.
  • Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with HSE standards.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including regulatory bodies and contractors.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in Health and Safety or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HSE management, preferably in the offshore industry.
  • Strong knowledge of HSE regulations and standards.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
