Job Title: Office Management and Logistics Assistant
At TMG Research gGmbH, we are seeking an experienced Office Management and Logistics Assistant to support our team in maintaining a smooth and efficient work environment.
Main Responsibilities:
- Administrative Support: Provide general administrative assistance to the Office Manager, including tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office records.
- Logistics and Inventory Management: Manage the inventory, maintain relevant overviews, and ensure that office supplies are properly stocked and ordered.
- Travel Management: Plan and book travel arrangements for the Senior Management Team, as well as review and process travel expense claims.
- Event Planning: Assist in the preparation and organization of national and international events, workshops, and meetings.
Requirements: To succeed in this role, you will need excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications is also essential.
Working Environment: The Office Management and Logistics Assistant will work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, supporting the Office Manager and other team members as needed.
